Macizo is a new restaurant concept that combines the best of Mexican and Peruvian cuisines, with a focus on fresh ingredients, exciting flavors, and creative and somehow homey fusion dishes. Macizo is created by us, Omar from Mexico, and Luz, from Peru. In our almost 10 years of marriage, we learnt to accept each other culture and cuisine, that if they can appear similar in some aspects, they have also some differences, but the two of them can complement each other perfectly. That’s the main reason that we decided to open Macizo, to share with our community the flavors that we learn to combine. Macizo offers a relaxed setting where laughter flows as freely as the conversation. Come as you are, and leave with a satisfied heart, a full stomach, and a smile.

Macizo is a casual restaurant that offers plates from our heart and the intimacy of our home, we crafted, mix and combine traditional dishes from Mexico and Peru with a different twist. We made fresh sourdough bread and focaccia.
